Original "Pinhead" prop metal pin and special effects worm used in the horror film "Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth" (1992), the third installment in the Hellraiser series, where an investigative reporter must send the newly unbound Pinhead and his legions back to Hell. It was directed by Anthony Hickox and stars Doug Bradley, Terry Farrell, Paula Marshall, Kevin Bernhardt and Ashley Laurence.
