Worn in the wonderful third season episode "Facets"
This episode involves Jadzia and her need to complete her "zhian'tara," a Trill ceremony where her friends temporarily receive the memories of her past hosts.
This episode played wonderfully as the main characters assumed the roles of these past hosts

This is an original screen used costume.
The studio costumers label is attached
Each piece has the studio label with his name
And also attached are the original labels from Christie's

The neck piece also has a "Enterprise" label with the name
"Jim Sloane" so this costume appears to have been worn on both shows

Paper number Paddles that were used to bid in the now famous
Christie's auction and also the letter from
Paramount that came with the costume
saying the items sold in the auction were all original from the studio.
